This is an obvious move by financial institutions to remove their transparency that allows them to become more corrupt, shady, and involved in illegal practices. If the SEC passes this, it is even more obvious where the SEC lies on the ethical spectrum. This law does not favor the general good of the American people, and if it passes, then neither does the SEC
