I support SEC Commissioner Allison Heren Lee in her opposition to this proposal. A stricter threshold leaves investors in the dark about the practices of the entities they consider investing in. As a result the threshold should be removed in order to provide the American Investors their god given right to knowledge on these aforementioned entities.
