Please rethink the change to S7-08-20 as it provides transparency to our financial markets to keep America a world leader. The new threshold of 3.5B would only apply to a small percentage of funds. Setting the the reporting threshold to 10M -50M would greatly enhance market transparency and allow retail investors a better view of view of the financial market.
