The proposal will make the system non-transparent for institutional investors. The system will make institutional investors hide behind the curtain. It will also give them an opportunity to short stocks and crush small investors like me. Hope the SEC does not pass. In the long run a rule like this will bring less confidence to the investment community. I hope the voices of common people and small investors are heard. Investment earnings are is only my retirement hope, as many of us are not counting on Social Security income any longer. Please, SEC, listen to our call.
