I have significant concerns regarding the Proposal to Substantially Reduce 13F Reporting. I believe the benefits of the proposed rule change (mainly reduced cost to smaller investors) are very small at best and the costs (mainly reduced transparency) are significant. Commissioner Allison Herren Lee's Statement summarizes the issues well. Please do not adopt the proposed rule change. Thank you.
