Increasing the threshold of filing is the antithesis of a democratic and free and open society. It is critical for investments to be shared in order to follow the money. Reducing filing to 90% of firms Is ludicrous. What does it matter that a few more people need to do some paperwork to ensure investments are show to the public. Just logically, protecting, hiding, and allowing Wall Street and firms to share EVEN LESS INFORMATION is a good idea you need your head examined.
