we need more transparency in seeing what money managers do, not less. I strongly object to this proposed change. In speaking with several smaller mgrs currently bound by the existing rules for 13f reporting, they have stated unanimously that this proposed change would save them very little if any time and money, as the process to report is higher automated and easily completed.
