Hi, I would like to let you know that I oppose the new 13F amendment to increase the reporting limit to $3.5 billion. This amendment would dramatically reduce transparency within the capital markets and is in direct opposition to the original goals of 13F reporting as well as the mission of the SEC. Please do not ratify this amendment. Best, David L
