I am opposed to the passage of this rule. As a small investor part of my research is to look at what the “big” firms and individuals are buying/selling. It is my understanding that this rule would eliminate many of these “big” organizations and individuals form having to report this information. As a small investor it is very helpful to me to see what knowledgeable and experienced “big” investors are doing. Guy S Loftin
