I am highly opposed to the proposal to raise the AUM threshold for 13-F filing by 350%. This filing is crucial to market transparency. The argument that this filing poses a significant burden to a firm managing $100MM in AUM is implausible with inexpensive technology that makes this a largely automated process. Please focus your efforts on increased transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
