To Whom this may Concern, Who’s pocket is the SEC in? In this age of data collection idea that funds over 100m find keeping records burdensome is hogwash. I would have thought that more transparency is always better than less. Please explain your reasoning. Kind Regards Jeff Jeffrey Nee
