To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to voice my opposition to a recent proposal that would change the quarterly AUM threshold that investment managers are required to report (i.e., SEC Insider Disclosures) from $100 million to $3.5 billion. Please do not allow this to happen, as it would severely hinder free and transparent markets, which would in turn undermine economic growth, exacerbate inequality, and indirectly foment further social unrest.
