subject: change in reporting rules

Am not sure why the SEC is considering a change in reporting rules on ownership rules on securities. This is a retrograde step, in line with the SEC current rulings against the retail investor. As such, while one realises that the SEC has a conflict of interest in making such a favourable decision in favour of the hedge funds, this is against the interests of good governance, and only would benefit most of the recent decisions in favour of the hedge fund community, like the decision to allow front running, by HFT. It is appalling, and should not be allowed to proceed.
