1. Overall, do you find the Relationship Summary useful? If not, how would you change it? If so, what topics and how can they be improved?:
Why are you focusing on this topic right now, when you should be focusing on outright stating whether or not certain cryptocurrenices are securities or not? You are single-handedly holding back a trillion dollar boost to the US Economy because you can't do your jobs fast enough or because you have some separate agenda. It is very very frustrating as an investor how you are harming the crypto space with your disregard and complicated speeches on what is considered a security or not. More specifically, your indecision and side-stepping of whether or not XRP is a security. The longer you take the more people are possibly being harmed, because if you declare it a security, then all the people who continue to invest in it are being screwed over by your lack of urgency. I personally think it is NOT a security and most investors of XRP agree with that and have done our thorough research. But unfortunately, you get the power to make the call for the millions of us who believe in the technology which is unfair in my opinion.
It really is a simple yes or no question. Is XRP a security? Yes or No? Until you provide that answer straight-up, you are hurting innocent investors. How difficult is it to give us a Yes or No answer on one digital asset that you have hopefully been aware of for years? You claim to not want any harm done to the crypto space, but too late you already are by taking forever on a simple answer to a question and harming a lot of people. I understand the background to answering that question requires a lot of research for each cryptos case, but it shouldn't take you more than a couple weeks research to figure it out, especially for the 3rd Highest Market Cap crypto you have been aware of for years.
I'm sure you probably won't read this or don't care about the thousands/millions of common investors like myself who have invested in XRP, but if you do, please take what I say into consideration because every XRP holder has the same anxiety as I do. All you'd have to say is, "XRP is NOT a security" or "XRP is a security" and many lives would be changed forever in a positive way. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to your prompt thoughtful response soon.

5. Is there additional information that we should require in the Relationship Summary, such as more specific information about the firm or additional information about fees? Is that because you do not receive the information now, or because you would also like to see it presented in this summary document, or both? Is there any information that should be made more prominent?:
