Investors already have too many pages of documents with disclosures, and therefore they read almost none of it.
If you actually want to help investors then you will want to present them something they are likely to read.
They will be more inclined to read something short (one or two pages). They do not like long paragraphs.
So since there is already too much for the investor to read, the way forward should include a reduction in documents.
It is certainly possible to reduce documents while at the same time increasing disclosures, if you want.
