I am writing to explain the importance of keeping paper a choice for investment notifications. I ,along with many Americans, use the monthly statements that come on paper. I file them in my investment folder in my safe. I understand that the same can be done on my computer but I feel the paper version is better in the case of an emergency.
I also am writing on behalf of my Grandmother. She is 88 and computers are no use for her. She is very diligent with record keeping and it is the only way that she trusts. I am sure that you have your reasons and the decision will be made for the better but I wanted to voice my opinion.
