I understand that you’re probably under pressure from environmental groups to reduce the use of paper, but it is difficult enough to keep track of investments without the added complication of reviewing on line.
Every website for every little thing you do requires a user and pass, and the requirements are always different so we have 100 combinations that are impossible to manage. Please don’t cave to left wing environmental groups, and please continue to send my shareholder reports in paper.
