I don't understand why I cannot continue to get all of the information about my investments via the mail and printed on paper. I cant read the detailed information abouts mutual funds and other investments online, its not practical and I cant see them. Paper is the most secure and reliable way to see this and keep the information for reference at a later date. I don't want the SEC telling me how to get my investment information.
This is ridiculous. These big financial companies don't care about the customers.
