Subject: File No. S7-08-15

January 12, 2016

As an investor, I prefer to view my shareholder reports in paper form. Paper format should continue to be the default for investor reports.

In addition to my preference, it should be noted that not everyone uses the Internet, so paper shareholder reports should be the default option to guarantee universal access to important investment information.

The only entities benefitting from electronic distribution of information are those who can pocket the savings they realize over distributing information in paper format. Those savings are not passed along to investors or consumers, but both groups suffer reduced access to information when electronic distribution is the default.

There is also no valid proof that electronic distribution is environmentally preferable to paper based communication.

Please continue to distribute printed shareholder reports and do not pass 30e-3.

Thank you,
Aaron Zansler
