I would like to urge the SEC to stop Rule 30 e-a. This is not fair to people who want paper shareholder reports. Many people rely on the reports to make decisions. Some libraries do not have the information on hand so this is an easy way to get it. It would also negatively effect the postal service by way of less mail. The bill also seems to lead to more red tape and more bureaucracy. No one needs or wants that.
