Subject: File No. S7-08-15

August 2, 2015

Dear Sirs:

I protest this rule in light of the fact that many of my senior friends do not have computers and do not trust them but they do trust their mail carrier. I have a computer but do not receive any important financial information on the internet. Especially since all the hacking I am very glad that I maintain paper bills and statements from banks, investments and credit cards. I am very concerned about the hacking of government employee personal information. There should be limits to what goes into the cloud, net, etc. Please do not force this option on investors, it is wrong. I will follow with a first class letter so watch your mailbox. Thanks, Yana Miller-Farney
