I'm asking you to stop the implementation of SAC Proposed Rule 30e-a. I feel it would be confusing to investors relying on paper materials. As an investor, I would like to see shareholder reports accessible to everyone by using paper forms, as in the past. Changing the current default to electronic access, would subject personal information to scams and phishing schemes from phony investment companies over the internet.
