Dear Sir,
As an investor I am opposed to the proposed changes to Rule 30e-3. I rely upon hard copy company reports to review my investments. I feel an electronic default option would be detrimental to me as well as thousands of other investors. I further that the mail option is more secure and timely. Transparency via hard copy is more reliable. Thank you for your attention in this matter. (S7-08-15)
