The fact that Rule 30e-3 even saw the light of day tells me the corrupting influence of financial and investment firms on the SEC is alive and well.This rule would greatly benefit said firms bottom line to the detriment of the private investor,and the USPS. I strongly urge the SEC to reject this proposed rule.
