Please retain US mail transmittal of investor information as the DEFAULT method. Allow those desiring electronic delivery to opt in.
Do NOT implement rule 30e-3 placing the burden of change on mail recipients. Too many businesses have used that technique to take unfair advantage.
For example, ATT requiring opt out of switch to electronic billing and refusing to re-instate mailed bills.
