It is imperative that the transfer of mutual fund information not become by default made into an electronically. There. To many retirees and others not adapt at working with this new technology and in many cases do not have(own tech. Devices) that provide this information. It would be unethical and unjust to dis enfranchise this large group of citizens. Please serve your constituents with understanding and reject this piece of legislation.
