Subject: File No. S7-08-15

January 11, 2016

I am a mutual fund investor that likes to receive my statements in the mail. It is absurd to me in a day and age where governments, movie companies and even the USPS (where I work) can have their websites and data bases hacked by outsiders, yet I am to be forced to view my private financial information via the same method available to these hackers? Also, are you trying to kill the United States Postal Service that serves many people whose only method of getting information is the television or through the mail? As a postal worker, I am enrolled in a free (to me) identity theft program because all of my information in the USPS's database was taken by a hacker. This still does not make me feel safe from personal intrusion. Please do not force any more use of computer driven information than what I feel comfortable with. I want my investment statements in my hand on plain white paper. Please DO NOT implement rule 30e-3.

Sincerely,

J. Clark
