I am opposed to the changes that are being proposed regarding the access that I now have to Paper forms mailed to me for my Mutual Funds. I prefer to browse the information on paper rather than sit in front of a computer.
The changes proposed by Rule 30e-3 are so archaic and confusing it makes me wonder if there isn't a better way to waste taxpayer money than spending time implementing rules like this.
