I vehemently oppose the rule change which will allow investment shareholder reports to not be sent out in paper form! I do not trust the security of electronic financial information (the Pentagon is hacked, for heaven's sake). I and many of my generation depend on paper information either because it is our only access or because we are not comfortable or knowledgeable enough with computers to know we are safe when we use them. Please do not allow this paperless by default information. Thank you.
