Do not force me to "opt in" for paper delivery of my statements. I am 60 years old and do not want to "opt in" to the way I have been doing things for decades. If I want to change from paper delivery of my statements I should have to "opt out". As it is I had to have my son help me get to this page. Besides the government and big business have not done a very good job of keeping computer data safe.
