If a government system gets hacked why take the chance of sharing financial data with hackers. How many more incidents has to happen. Just keep to hard copies somethings are safer done the old way. Yes we can use electronic data when needed but to require only electronic data sharing will be a matter of time not if or if not the system would be compromised
