Internet access cannot replace the security of hard copy mail transported by the employees of the United States Postal Service and the convenience of the internet does not outweigh the risks we experience daily through hacking as recently evidenced by the attack on OPM.

Mail delivery should be the default option for information distribution. I continually guide my mother who panics over financial information over the internet. I am certain that she would struggle to make sure she makes the right choice as to delivery methods (email or US Mail) but for our senior citizens it would be beneficial to maintain US Mail as the default, and allow one who prefers the risk of electronic transmission to make that choice on their own.

Electronic distribution does not reflect my preference as an investor.

Please make sure that the default remains US Mail.
