As an investor, I am concerned over the SEC Proposed Rule 30e-a. Shareholder reports must be accessible to all. This includes allowing us to get reports and paperwork through the mail. I don't want my information through the internet and it should be my option. Also, the internet is being hacked continuously now and it is simply not as secure as we would like to believe. It should be my choice. Please stop the SEC from implementing Rule 30e-3. Thank you,
