To whom it may concern:

I don’t have consistent home access to a computer.  Besides, I like getting a physical reminder rather than being required to search for something that may or not be there.  For instance, on my current OPM pension I don’t know how the numbers are calculated since I’m never given a pay stub for the deposit.
