I would prefer you leave delivery of statement to remain as currently is. If we opt to go paperless that we opt in not the other way around. I believe internet cyber  hacking can be reduced by using paper communication at least at my level. Do not implement    Rule 30e-3. Thank you for your attention to my thoughts.
