Please do not force me as a mutual fund investor to receive my investment materials via electronic means. That opens me and anyone else to possible phishing and outright fraud. Hacking is prevalent and investors are especially vulnerable. This proposal creates more opportunities for dangerous and illegal attacks from hackers and organized crime. Opting in is not the answer.
