I like getting financial statements in the mail. I as an investor, I am concerned over the SEC Propose Rule 30e-a. You must keep shareholder reports accessible to all and must stop the SEC from implementing Rule 30e-3.
This change could cause confusion for investors who have come to rely on printed materials. This also could open investors up to e-mail security concerns and potential phishing schemes from fraudulent investment companies.
