As an investor, I depend heavily on having paper copies of all documents pertaining to my investments handy as needed.
To rely on electronic copies forces me, as well as many other investors, to go to a 2 or 3 step process in order to retrieve and print these documents. Please continue to mail these documents via USPS as the default method of communication.
