To whom it may concern,

I am writing in regards to the new SEC proposed rule 30-e3 of making the default delivery of statements in e-mail form. This may be confusing to many people especially the elderly! I urge the commission to keep the format the same way as it always has. If people want to opt for a electronic delivery, they will, but please do not force people who are not tech savvy to except something that they did not sign up for or are not happy with!
