I am opposed to the proposed new regulation governing mutual funds (Rule 30e-3). Although internet access and email may be commonplace, they are not universal. Mail delivery is and it provides the broadest access to all recipients, there for it should be the default option for information distribution. Recently there have been breeches of security within the OPM. The security of valuable personal information should be being discussed in the recent breech. This proposal only adds more information on the web for the cyber criminals to obtain. I highly urge your consideration to defeat the proposed new regulation governing mutual funds (Rule 30e-3).
