To whom it may concern,

With regard to:  File No. S7-08-15

I do not want a regulation that would make electronic delivery the default option for receiving information regarding investment funds, replacing the current default of receiving paper forms.

It’s ridiculous to have to opt in to get paper forms. It should be the other way around. It’s my great fear that this will open me up to more e-mail security concerns and potential phishing schemes from fraudulent investment companies. Seniors do not want to view their investments online!
