1 - I don't believe the government should be in control of how I receive investment information. Reports should continue to be sent via mail.
2 - Not everyone has access to or uses the Internet, so paper shareholder reports should be the default option.
3 - When it comes to government programs working the way they were "sold" to the American people, they fail miserably.
4 - Obviously the government has no way of guaranteeing the security of e-Delivery.
