Subject: File No. S7-08-15

July 28, 2015

Dear Mr. Secretary:

I am totally against the proposal to change to an opt-in method for receiving printed financial information via the USPS.
Many seniors, who don’t have access to computers or understand email, will have a very difficult time managing their finances without receiving their monthly statements and other mail about their finances.
Paper is still the best method for communicating complex financial information.
In addition, there are a multitude of people who rely on the printing, sorting and mailing of these statements for their livelihoods.

Thanks for your consideration.
