Recently, I saw a live example of the paper/online issues for the elderly. I overheard an elderly woman telling a bank employee she was pretty sure she hadn't received a bank statement for a few months. The employee told her the account had been changed to receive online statements only. She quietly said her husband must have done that without mentioning it.

I believe we still have too many people who didn't grow up with computers in every moment of their lives to make this mandatory switch right now.
