I strongly oppose rule 30e-3.
I am quite concerned about security of the internet and want my investment reports on paper through the mail.
Also, I should not have to ask to receive my reports on paper. Paper should be the default and if someone wants electronic communications they can request it.
Finally, there are many other reasons rule 30e-3 should not be approved such as many people do not have access to the internet and many individuals do not have high speed internet. But, the result is the same that paper should be the default for consumers and the minority percentage that want electronic can request it.
