this info. via the mail Internet access an e-mail may be a commonplace,but they are not universal
Mail delivery is universally available, I like to receive a hard copy mail on my investments.
not every person has access to electronic services , and therefore it should be the default option.
Investors might like to receive electronic communication,therefore they can choose this option.
On line info.open up numerous security issues like the last cyber attack on OPM,
I prefer the safety side, by getting my info. by the use of the Postal Service.
