To whom it may concern:
Shareholder reports and mutual fund descriptions are important tools for investors who have come to rely on this information via the mail. Shifting such reports and statements to e-mail will undermine and compromise the safety and security of such a service. E-mail isn't a safe and secure way to send and store such documents. I am against the proposed change.
