I am writing in opposition to proposed rule 30e-3. Despite being fully computer and internet literate, I prefer to receive information in paper format, as it is far easier to access, store and interpret. A website to access investment information will have a cumbersome authentication/login procedure, and an email may get lost in my junk mail folder.
I believe paper will ensure that necessary investment information is accessible to most amount of citizens. The current method of delivery of investment information should stay the same, and people that prefer can opt-in to electronic delivery.
