I’m writing this email in protest of the proposed regulation that would make it the default requirement to electronically distribute information concerning mutual funds.
Currently this information is distributed in paper form and is delivered to my home, outside my door, in my mailbox. This gives me the opportunity to review on my schedule, at my leisure without worrying about where I saved some file.
OPM and countless companies have been attacked and hacked over the last several years. Every personal computer in this country is at risk daily…just a click away from a virus. My mailbox has never been hacked.
