To whom it may concern:

I am writing to you to express my concerns regarding the new legislation, Rule 30e-3. The new proposed rule would be detrimental to the printing industry. My biggest concern is that this rule would lead to quite a dramatic loss in jobs for those individuals earning a living in our print shop. Also, if investors begin to receive reports only in electronic format they are likely to miss important information within the report itself. Electronic reports are less detailed by nature and less transparent, which can lead to confusion and a lower quality of work. Printing and mail delivery also provide the broadest access to all recipients. Investment companies already have the option to switch to electronic delivery, so it is unnecessary to change the legislation on the current process. Mail delivery should remain the most popular default method.

Thank you

Rod Baesman
Chief Executive Officer

Sincerely,

Emily Tarter
